One of the greatest things the Apple
iPod has done for the world is it has
made it really easy to find good MP3
players cheap. Finding a decent MP3
player cheap was a difficult, if not
impossible task just a few years ago,
but then along came Apple with their
spiffy little iPods. Of course, Apple
iPods have their very own format that
doesn’t work with MP3 music players,
because Apple is just too trendy and
hip to play along with others. Since
these little iPods with their own Apple
format are now dominating the market,
it’s a piece of cake to get an
MP3 player cheap.
Apple iPods are certainly neat little
toys, and together with iTunes make
for a great way to sample and buy
new music, however MP3 music players
aren’t any worse off for it.
MP3 music players are just as good
and even better than they were prior
to the release of the first iPods;
the only thing that has really changed
about them is their price.
I’ve been using MP3 music players
for years now, and although I have
sold my soul and purchased an Apple
iPod as well, I still using my MP3
player a lot. The great thing about
staying up with MP3 players is it
is so cheap now. As much as Apple
irritates me as a company, I’m
loving their current domination of
the market, and hope their newest
nano style iPods continue to sell
like hotcakes to keep the alternative
MP3 players cheap.
You can find some great MP3 players
cheap too, not just the crummy ones.
I recently picked up one of Panasonics
newer models, and as far as storage
and features go it way out performs
my iPod. Of course, it’s not
as cute and trendy, and theres no
iTunes to go along with it, but hey.
The MP3 is such a widely used format,
you don’t really need an ‘iTunes’
style program to get music for an
MP3 music player.
It’s fun and easy to shop around
for MP3 music players cheap these
days, and even if you’re a diehard
Apple iPod fan, you might want to
look into it. Just type in MP3 players
cheap on a search engine and you’ll
probably be surprised on how many
options you have. It’s a big
market; there are a lot of people
out there trying to cash in on it
other than Apple, and they’re
driving prices down to stay competitive.
